Sanjjeev K Singh is a managing partner at ASAR America, Inc. and a former SAP America client partner. For the past 17 years he has helped customers implement SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, SAP Hybris Commerce, SAP CRM and SAP ERP Sales and Distribution. He has been involved in many large scale SAP implementation projects. He is extremely passionate about helping customers develop their roadmap and implement customer engagement solutions using the SAP Hybris product portfolio. In his current role, he leads the SAP Hybris practice at ASAR America Inc., a SAP Hybris services partner.

Karan Sood

Karan Sood is the head of product management and user experience for SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud. He is a business and technology executive in the software industry with more than two decades of experience in the CRM space. He has held global leadership positions in product management and strategy, business development, solution management, consulting, and general management for CRM software solutions. He has an extensive track record of exploring emerging technologies and launching new disruptive products from the ground up and making them commercially successful. Karan holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, a master’s degree in business administration, and completed an executive program on artificial intelligence from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
