Tim Simmons has more than seven years of experience as an SAP consultant working with SAP Talent Management applications within the SAP ERP HCM module, including E-Recruiting, Performance Management, and Enterprise Compensation Management.

Originally introduced to the SAP HCM product as a functional/business process subject matter expert, Tim has since transitioned into application consulting, where he balances functional and technical responsibilities with project management tasks.
