Sven Ringling

Sven Ringling works for ORBIS People GmbH in Germany as a solution advisor for HXM solutions from SAP, where he helps organizations define and execute their HXM strategies with SAP’s solutions. He has worked as an SAP HR technology and process consultant since 1996. Since 2010, he’s built experience in cloud solutions, including SAP Concur, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software and most recently Qualtrics, when he started the Qualtrics EX practice at a pan-European Digital HR service provider. Kristina Paljakka

Kristina Paljakka is an SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics employee experience consultant at Adessa Group. She is certified on SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Employee Central.
