Dhirendra Gehlot is a “data guy” who analyzes data to get insights and make recommendations based on those insights. He is passionate about data and analytics, digital transformation, and leveraging data to generate actionable insights that fuel decision-making and innovation. Dhirendra has been recognized for driving strategic engagements, advising on analytics strategy and best practices, designing target architectures, and developing implementation roadmaps to achieve the desired to-be state.
He is an avid chess player, a lover of cruise vacations and beaches, and a self-proclaimed chef. He also volunteers as a citizen judge for Coolidge debate events, where he renders reasonable decisions based on the quality of the arguments and evidence presented by the debating teams. Jeffrey Gericke helps organizations turn complex data ambitions into measurable outcomes. With more than 20 years at SAP, he guides customers in modernizing data foundations and operationalizing trusted insights at scale. His work spans data strategy and governance, data quality and integration, and large-scale migration programs. As a business technology advisor, Jeff connects business priorities to technical realities and execution. He collaborates with executive sponsors on strategy, translates decisions into actionable plans, and delivers results with architects and implementation teams. As an SAP Certified Professional (SAP Enterprise Architect and SAP BTP Solution Architect), he also trains customers and partners and speaks at conferences, including ASUG and SAP TechEd. He holds a degree in mathematics and computer science from Beloit College, where he remains an active supporter. 
When he’s not architecting customer solutions, Jeff enjoys building in Minecraft, solving logic and number puzzles, and turning travel roadmaps into well-executed journeys.

Shibajee Dutta Gupta is a technology strategist and SAP data integration expert with more than 26 years of experience across enterprise systems, analytics, and data integration. Shiba works with SAP data integration professional services, delivering SAP-provided integration solutions across multiple industry verticals, and brings deep hands-on expertise spanning on-premise and cloud-based data integration landscapes. 
His experience as a product manager for SAP’s data integration products enriches this book with an end-to-end perspective that bridges strategy, architecture, and execution. He is also a member of the inventor team for the US Patent 11010391B2, “Domain Agnostic Similarity Detection,” reflecting his focus on scalable and intelligent innovation.

Antony John Isacc is a principal architect at SAP America with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise information management (EIM). He specializes in helping organizations implement and modernize master data solutions, focusing on creating scalable architectures that align technical capabilities with business needs.
His expertise covers master data management (MDM), business process management (BPM), and various programming and UI frameworks. Antony is also a contributing author to several SAP PRESS publications, including comprehensive guides on SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) and its application within SAP S/4HANA. 
Antony holds a master’s degree in information technology and management from Carnegie Mellon University and is a certified architect. He currently focuses on designing data strategies that provide a reliable foundation for analytics and AI initiatives for global enterprises.

Homiar Kalwachwala is a seasoned global technology leader at SAP, currently serving as the head of the data management practice for the Americas region. In this leadership role, he oversees strategic direction, solution excellence, and customer success across SAP’s data management services portfolio, helping organizations modernize and scale their data foundations. With more than 30 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, including over 20 years dedicated to information management, Homiar has played a pivotal role in shaping data-driven transformation strategies for Fortune 500 clients across industries. His leadership and technical depth have made him a trusted advisor on enterprise data governance, data quality, integration architectures, and large-scale data orchestration programs.

He has presented at SAP TechEd, ASUG conferences, the SAP Community Network, and contributes on LinkedIn where he shares insights on emerging data trends, best practices, and innovations across SAP’s data and integration portfolio. Throughout his career, Homiar has earned multiple SAP awards recognizing his contributions, thought leadership, and commitment to customer success. He is widely respected within professional circles for his expertise, collaborative leadership style, and passion for advancing the fields of data management, data orchestration, and integration.

Rick Markham is a services architecture expert specializing in SAP data migration and enterprise information management. As a data migration lead within SAP’s EIM and DTS practice, he has more than 20 years of experience in data migration architecture, data architecture, BI, and ETL design, with more than 15 years focused on SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, and SAP HANA. He is certified in Syniti’s Advanced Data Migration Management (ADMM) methodology, SAP Data Services, and SAP HANA. 
Over the years Rick has been a part of more than 20 SAP data migrations across many industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, life sciences, logistics and aerospace/defense applying a proven methodology spanning data profiling, cleansing, mapping, enrichment, ETL design, validation, UAT, and cutover planning.

Asimkumar Munshi has more than 25 years of experience with business intelligence and data technologies, including deep expertise with SAP solutions. He has served as a solution architect for multiple Fortune 500 companies and now focuses on advancing enterprise innovation through AI, SAP Datasphere (SAP Business Data Cloud), and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Outside of work, Asim enjoys spending time with friends, playing tennis, and finding balance through moments of solitude.

Chris Sam has a passion for helping organizations make sense of their data. Over two decades, he has guided organizations through complex SAP modernizations and transformations, shaping data strategies that power analytics, automation, and new possibilities with AI. As a technology leader and strategic advisor at SAP, Chris is known for turning intricate technical challenges into clear, practical direction. His curiosity led him through an SAP AI fellowship and the award-winning SAP Social Sabbatical global pro-bono consulting program, experiences that strengthened both his technical depth and his belief in technology’s ability to create meaningful, lasting impact.
