Nicolai Geier

Nicolai Geier is the chief product owner for private cloud and on-premise SAP S/4HANA Service. He has been working for SAP for nearly 26 years in different roles including development, consulting, and product management, with experience in SAP R/2, SAP R/3, SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP S/4HANA. He has been in product management for SAP S/4HANA Service for almost four years.

Martin Lenz

Martin Lenz is an area product manager for SAP S/4HANA Service. He is responsible for elaborating powerful solutions for SAP’s customers, building the product roadmap, and nailing down the requirements for development teams. His engagement with service management started in 2018 in a product owner role, when he was responsible for the development team tasked with building the new in-house service solution. In 2021 he switched to product management, taking responsibility for the service quotation scenarios in addition to in-house service. He relies on a strong customer network in user groups (DSAG) and international customers to define the roadmap and move new user scenarios to the development teams.

Li Yang

Yang Li is the head of product management for SAP S/4HANA asset and service management, private cloud. With more than 18 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Service Management, leading global product management team and responsible for S/4HANA asset and service management portfolio, turning strategy into competitive solutions with measurable customer outcomes.

Noboru Ota

Noboru Ota is a chief expert in SAP S/4HANA solution management, based out of the Walldorf office. He has been working with SAP since 2002, when he joined its Tokyo office in Japan as an SAP consultant. In 2006, he moved to the Melbourne office in Australia and dedicated more than a decade as a frontline implementation consultant and team lead. He engaged in various multiyear SAP implementation projects, designing business processes, configuring and coding features and functions, supporting go-live through the night, and producing a ton of documents. He currently focuses on communicating different aspects of SAP S/4HANA to a wide range of audiences.

Gert Tackaert

Gert Tackaert is a principal business process expert for SAP S/4HANA Service at SAP. He has more than 28 years of SAP service experience through work in consulting and product management. He works with key customers to understand their service processes and provide guidance to address the business challenges. During his time in product management, he was chief product owner for the SAP S/4HANA Service solution.
