Prerequisite: Participants should have a basic understanding of project management for IT implementations, but don't need any prior experience with SAP Activate.

He is a naturalized U.S. citizen who was born and raised in Germany, where he received his master’s degree in business informatics from the University of Mannheim. Heiko has managed global SAP implementation and transformation projects in multiple industries, using ASAP, SAP Activate, and other methodologies. He has Big 5 experience with PwC LLP and served as a senior project manager for large consulting organizations, including SAP.
